Ignore: if person is around, keep distance. You avoid eye contact and do not indulge in any conversation. 3. Set boundaries: say no, express you are busy in something important. Limit your time with them by letting them know that you have to be somewhere at a said time or need to finish some work. Refuse to talk on uneasy topics or simply change the subject to something that other person feels happy talking about. 4. Do not expect this person to change. Don’t try to fix this person.
